Return Policy
At Dare Collection, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, hygiene seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, please email us at admin@darecollection.com.au. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for how and where to send your package. Please note: items returned without prior notification or without an approved request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at admin@darecollection.com.au, so we may assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customisation standards, certain items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised products.

Personal pleasure goods ('Dare Pleasure Vault' products).

Sale items and gift cards (these are final sale).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase for approval and, once accepted, placing a separate order for your desired replacement. This helps ensure you secure the item you want without delay.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at admin@darecollection.com.au.
